The PRINCE2 Method

Learn the method of PRINCE2 in Fife

Delegates are taken through the methodology of PRINCE2 at Fife’s Carnegie Business Training and Development centre as part of our intensive and highly valuable project management training programmes.

When using PRINCE2, projects are divided in 45 sub-processes. These are organised into 8 larger sub-groups:

PRINCE2 in Fife• Starting Up the Project.
• Planning.
• Initiating the Project.
• Directing the Project.
• Controlling.
• Managing Product Delivery.
• Managing Stage Boundaries.
• Closing a Project.

Many public and private sector organisations have benefited from training in PRINCE2 in Fife, Scotland, the UK and internationally. This is because the PRINCE2 method is easily adaptable to suit projects and situations across all fields.

Training in PRINCE2

Our PRINCE2 training courses are designed to fit together, to give delegates the level of skill and knowledge they need to use what has become the de facto standard project management system in the UK.

The training programmes available include:

• Foundation Level PRINCE2.
• PRINCE2 Project Management – Practitioner Level.

Delegates who take part in PRINCE2 training will be required to complete 15–20 hours of study prior to the start of the course. The main content of the course is also supported by some evening work on PRINCE2.

As Fife’s premier provider of training in PRINCE2 project management, you will work with a team of highly qualified and experienced practitioners during your course.

The courses in PRINCE2 at Fife’s Carnegie Business Training and Development centre last for several days, so you will have access to special residential rates which include bed and breakfast at the on-site Express by Holiday Inn hotel.

By staying at the modern on-site accommodation, you will be able to concentrate fully on the course without having to worry about commuting or other distractions.
