It is becoming increasingly important to have some training in PRINCE2 in Scotland, the UK and internationally. This is because the use of PRINCE2 is becoming more and more widespread, thanks to its easily tailored method that can be adapted to apply to all sectors.
 

PRINCE2 (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) is a project management system that provides an efficient control of resources, while allowing a project to be adjusted if needed. This helps improve value for money in the workplace.


Training in PRINCE2 in Scotland’s Carnegie Business Training and Development centre is an intensive but highly rewarding course. Delegates will be required to complete 15–20 hours of study before the start of the course. The main content of the course is also supported by some evening work that takes place during training.
